Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort

My first time in this hotel, staff are friendly, location is excellent, and the rooms looked renovated. Would have been great if the hotel would provide free shuttles to a few main attractions in the city similar to some other hotels in the area.

Hotel was recently refurbished. We were vegetarian an all inclusive and staying for a number of days. So with only 2 restaurants we soon got tired of repetitive food after day 3. My Billy the restaurant manager was EXCEPTIONAL and arranged some vegetarian dishes for us eg the French Onion Soup was made without beef stock. When we had a problem with room supplies the General Manager was very good and also got head of supplies to come to us to apologise. Things do go wrong due to human error and it was good to see two senior people taking interest. We went off peak in mid September so deck chairs not a problem by the medium sized pool. The beach is not on the shoreline but I thought it was fairly adequate. Being in an inlet there were no waves in the sea so spent hours in the warm sea water. Drinks and food quite expensive so worth upgrading to all inclusive if you have a long stay since there didn't seem to be too many restaurants nearby.

Had an incredible long weekend stay and I am compelled to express my gratitude for the overwhelming hospitality and exceptional service. The experience was elevated by the outstanding team, and I must comment Ria for her genuine kindness and attentiveness in the lounge club. Her warm demeanour added a personal touch to the stay. Kavindya’s support during breakfast was truly remarkable. Her professionalism and eagerness to ensure a delightful experience made each morning special. The breakfast service was seamless, thanks to her dedication. A special shout-out to Jose at reception for his outstanding organisational talent. His attention to detail and efficiency did not go unnoticed, contributing to the overall positive impression of the hotel. It was also a pleasure to converse with him in Spanish, adding a personal touch to the experience.

Jose at the reception was very nice and helpful at the check in, we met him at the check out as well, he made everything very fast and smooth. Restaurant staff where they serve breakfast and dinner was wonderful! They are doing really good job, always smiling, always friendly, really loved it. The hostesses at the entrance to that restaurant were extremly nice and you could feel that they are smiling to you from their heart not because this is their job. Managers at the restaurant were also very helpful and understanding and assisted us many times. Guys who are cleaning the room are doing great job, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our December vacation in Sheraton, mostly spent on the beach or around the pool. Mild weather with max temperatures at the range of 26 to 28 degrees Celsius. Friendly staff and always ready to help, good service. We were having our breakfast and dinner in Flavours: nice food with variety of options at acceptable cost.
